lead to lead a team to develop a high quality customer experience on
Paypal.com.
So if you are a talented Web Developer Lead with AJAX, CSS, JavaScript and
UI experience this could be the right thing for you.
*Required Skills :*
*• Lead a growing geographically dispersed team of 15 web
developers for Client and and ensuring that the team's work is of top
quality.*
*• Collaborate effectively with web development team as well as
design, marketing, and development teams; provide technical advice and
guidance about template design,
browser limitations and web technology .*
*• 8 Years of experience required and Expertise in JavaScript,
AJAX, XHTML and CSS. Work with the teams and implement UI layer HTML, XHTML
JavaScript. *
*• Establish web coding standards and guidelines*
*• A strong passion for producing quality software and web user
interface*
*• Prioritize workload for the teams to meet deadlines for
assignments in the code release schedule*
*• Stay current with the newest online technologies; research new
technologies and make recommendations on implementations*
*• Perform quality assurance on all new code from inception
through integration, staging and production environments*
*• Reviewing technical specifications written by Web developers .*
