Perform creatively and efficiently under tight deadlines. Ability to conceptualize and provide original ideas within established brand themes & standards. Possess strong client interaction skills. Strong sense of design composition and typography. Intuitive understanding of what makes a truly great interactive experience. Mastery in the Adobe Creative Suite applications and other industry tools. Mastery of HTML and CSS/table-less layouts. Working knowledge of ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> is a plus. Working knowledge of Silverlight or WPF is a plus. Strong knowledge of Javascript and Ajax . Experience working side by side with and collaborating with developers and project managers. Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills. Complete understanding of Section 508 and WCAG Accessibility standards and guidelines.
