The candidate should have experience in extending & modifying the SAP CRM ISA B2B Web Channel Application which is Java/JSP based. Candidate should also have good hands on working knowledge of SAP CRM E-Commerce Sales process in B2B, B2C and BoB scenarios. Requirements - Minimum 5-7 years experience in application development and support. - 5+ years of web database application development experience using MVC Architecture - 5+ years of experience using Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JSF, Struts, Log4j, Apache-Commons, Ant, JSON libraries, WebServices - Experience using SAP Netweaver application server. - Excellent Web content and design technology skills with solid knowledge of Internet standards and protocols, and cutting edge interactivity. - Experience in the development of high available and heavy traffic web applications - Experienced in full software development life-cycle, with strong familiarity of SAP component-based programming environments using NetWeaver Development Studio. - Strong front-end development skills in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT, JSON - Strong knowledge in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JSF, Struts, JSON libraries, WebServices - Strong knowledge in Java and J2EE design patterns - Experience in building AJAX based web applications - Experience in customizing SAP CRM applications including but not limited to b2b, useradmin, shopadmin. - Experience in programming with SAP indexing engine called TREX. - Experience in integration with content management systems. - Experience with SAP DTR. - Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Design and the use of Design Patterns - Strong troubleshooting & support skills. - Very disciplined in documenting tasks, procedures, test scripts, release notes etc. - Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with clients and business users - Nice to have experience in SAP CRM ISA functional configuration. - Nice to have experience in SAP CRM ISA related ABAP programming - BS/MS in computer science or a related field. Responsibilities . Define, design and implement cutting-edge software and modify existing software to add features. . Contribute innovative ideas for application components and system architecture. . Programming SAP CRM ISA application components for Java, JSP, JSF, javascript related enhancements as identified by the Project Plan using the NWDI framework. . Responsible for completion of assigned development tasks, including: design, development, coding, testing, and related documentation. . Ensure design and code reviews, analysis of code components and code coverage of Unit test cases. . Debug the application to troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs in the code. . Responsible for the adoption of software architecture best practices like code reusability, pattern oriented architecture, coding standards, modularization of code etc within the technology team . Responsible for reviewing functional specs and possibly guide the team in carrying out some POC development tasks. . Responsible for collaborating with the functional analysts, QA and system administration teams. . Responsible for coordinating tasks and deliverables amongst delivery team members including QA, Operations and Infrastructure. . Work with Business Analysts to review business requirements, minimize ambiguity and incomplete requirements, identify opportunities for engaging business throughout the solution development and provide technical leadership and advice as needed. .
