Business UNIT: DWD - Department of Workforce Development (DWD)
This request is for one position needed for the development and support of
critical priority applications in Administrative Services, Worker's
Compensation or Equal Rights, supplementing permanent state staff. Existing
applications need on-going productivity improvements and older web and
client server apps need reengineering and updating. Hardware/Software
environment includes VB.NET, ASP.NET, Objected Oriented Design, Visual
Studio.NET, MS Team Foundation Server, Visual Source Safe, Oracle PL-SQL,
AJAX, .Net Web Services, DB2 Connect. **A Criminal Background Check will be
conducted prior to employment**

Previous work experiences in government, insurance, accounting, or case
management systems a plus. The successful candidate will be technically
competent, very much a team player, and able to provide examples which
demonstrate the ability to learn quickly by applying new skills or knowledge
learned within the organization. All candidates submitted with
inconsistencies or falsifications in their credentials will be disqualified
and DOA Purchasing will be notified. An in-person interview will be required
as part of our review process. Hardware / Software environment: VB.Net,
ASP.Net Objected Oriented Design Visual Studio.NET MS Team Foundation Server
Oracle DartFTP to transfer files SQL Navigator Tivoli for Change Mgt AJS for
