*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** .Net Developer Location : NYC NY Duration : 3+Months Contract Description: The consultant will assist with data sharing, an area where significant progress has been made during the past and plans to implement the data exchanges using City’s existing Data Share infrastructure underway. The candidate must have at least 1 year working with MQ Series Administration and applications development/support. The scope of services to be performed by the selected individual includes: Work closely under the direction of the Stakeholder Agency Project Manager and the agency technical lead. Responsible for implementing systems (data exchanges) in line with business goals, objectives and technical requirements. Should be able to understand and follow the technical design documents and update them, if needed, during the development phase. Execute development plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Modify existing programs to confirm to system changes or to make improvements in the existing program. Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing changes and corrections. Mandatory Requirements: 1-2 years of overall experience. The consultant must have knowledge and proficiency in the following: BizTalk, Visual Studio, C# .NET language, MS SQL Server. 1 year working with MQ Series Administration and applications development/support. Multi dialect SQL skills. XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath HTML and knowledge of NIEM schema. Solid understanding of RDBMS development (JDBC, DB access patterns). UNIX shell scripting. Desirable Requirements: Good understanding of Networking concepts, operating systems and applications are desired. Knowledge of WS-Security and related standards (WS-SecureConversation, WS-Trust, WS-Policy, etc). Object Oriented Design Distributed Computing, and Design Patterns. Experience with performance testing/tuning of Java/J2EE application. Understanding of LDAP V3 protocol and directory development. Experience with UML models. Experience working with Message Broker v 6.x.
