Healthcare experience 3. Analytical background / Ability to gather requirements, collaborate with other technical groups to push projects along. *Skills & Experience REQUIRED: PLEASE DO NOT SEND CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT HAVE THESE SKILLS.* • PL/SQL: Required • Reports Development (10g): Required • SQL Required: Oracle preferred • Managed HealthCare *Nice to Haves:* 1.
