Position: Computer Client Support Analyst
Location:  Stockton, CA
Duration:  6 months
Rate:  Open

·         Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years of desk side
client support
·         Must be able to quickly and effectively diagnose various
performance problems as well as being proficient in Windows-related software
Demonstrated excellent customer focus; take initiatives
·         Must have an excellent and proven understanding of various
hardware and software products Strong verbal and written communication
skills
·         Demonstrated quality and efficiency in the deliverables
·         Ability to work in a team environment
·         Knowledge of safety practices Desired Qualifications Strong

*Responsibilities*
          Providing excellent client interaction using Customer Service
Skills.

          Act as key support analyst and provide high quality, timely, and
cost effective services to our users.

          Assist and train other analysts on service requests.

          Work with the users and PC Deployment Team to provide the best
hardware and software solution for any given situation.

          Provide technical expertise to resolve computer-related problems
by the use of research, analysis, and initiative while adhering to
department standards, guidelines, and policy; must be motivated and able to
work with little direct supervision.

          Provide high quality, timely, and cost-effective technical
expertise to computer users in the Auburn area.

          Assist team of CCSAs with client requests and trouble calls.

          Assist ISTS and clients to implement and coordinate desktop,
printer, and laptop rollouts.

          Assist ISTS and other major clients with application and program
rollouts.

          Provide technical direction to application developers during pilot
phases.

          Prepare application rollout plans and status reports.
