Please find below requirement and kindly send me suitable profiles ASAP Location : Bay Area, CA Duration: 6+ Months Need a Functional (Or techno-functional) consultant/contractor for working on a project in Internet Expense and Accounts Payables modules. Need somebody who has implemented a solution for using a Master Card with a company pay type of implementation. *The details of the project are*: The candidate should have experience of implementing this and should be able to work and drive the project and the team on his own without additional support from me or any other business analysts. *MUST HAVE Mastercard and Bank of America experience*. *Using a Master card from Bank*: · In the first phase, this will involve a direct feed from the Bank into Oracle for US employees only - so that employees can submit these through iExpense. · In the next phases, a global feed for all employees using this card or card from affiliate banks worldwide. · This card would be a Company Pay card so employees do not pay anything directly to the Bank. · With this there would a new reconciliation process for reconciling the expense claims against the payment done to Bank of America, which involves enabling various alerts and notifications to employees and managers · Also, this would involve capability of attaching the expense receipts directly within Oracle so that Managers and Accounts Payables can view the receipts while approving the claim · There would be related enhancements to the current iExpense setups.
