*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** Business Analyst Location: Chicago (1) and New York (1) Duration: 6+ Months Contract CHICAGO Role: Local Chicago based business analyst who is familiar with financial data, and has some experience specifying financial data models. The BA will be responsible for writing data model specifications based on client requirements provided by other teams within reference data management. Therefore, the candidate will need to be familiar with various types of financial data: securitized and listed instruments (fixed income, equity, ETD); other financial instruments (indices, FX); client and account data; reference data (country, currency, calendars NY Role: Helping out with day-to-day finance support processes / functions (e.g. billing, invoicing, vendor management, financial analysis, data analysis, etc.) as well as potentially help with some small "strategic" projects focused on looking at current state processes (like amortization), documenting / recommending / defining improved processes. Some finance background would be good, do detailed analysis work, know how to use spreadsheets (and formulas) and have good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
