*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Keller, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY OR CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO RELO THEMSELVES) Duration: Full Time Position Great opportunity to join one of our top clients, a prestigious financial services organization, as a full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst based out of their Keller, TX location. The Sr. QA Analyst will work with other Analysts to ensure that the systems meet specified standards and requirements, and will be an experienced contributor in the Quality Assurance process responsible for test planning and preparation, generating test cases and scripts, reporting upon and coordinating test environments and activities, executing test scripts, recording results in a defect tracking tool, and providing general mentoring on sound testing practices. The selected candidate will be a team player and work well with technical and non-technical professionals in a project environment. Requirements: Requires 5-7 years of QA experience working with a structured methodology and advanced level testing experience/knowledge (backend and manual testing experience is a must). Broad based knowledge of the development lifecycle, analytical business modeling, change control management, requirements management, environment management, and risk analysis using statistical metrics. XML concepts and structures, advanced sql, unix, experience in a multi-tiered architecture, experience with automated testing software (loadrunner, quality center, quick test pro, etc.). Client/Server experience (i.e. Java, JSP, Servlet, C++, HTML, UNIX, Visual Basic, SQL). Mainframe experience (i.e. COBOL, JCL, IDMS/ADSO, CICS). Database experience (i.e. Informix, Sybase, SQL Server, DB2). Scheduling package experience (i.e. UC4, CA7, Autosys). Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of management and users with strong leadership and project planning skills. Experience in the financial markets industry working at an exchange or large brokerage firm and familiar with options/derivatives is a HUGE plus.
