They are one that if someone is good and they like them, they will keep them as long as they can. (depending on the project and budget-so no guarantee). They need two Cognos Report developers in version 8.4. The requirements for the report developers are: 1. *Cognos 8.4 report development* skills (*Senior Level - +4 years*of experience). 2. *Cognos Framework Manager* understanding 3. *SQL development* skills, *DB2* preferred Again, they will only allow *face to face interviews* unfortunately.
