Senior Siebel Consultant Location: Mid Wilshire, Los Angeles, CA. Mid Wilshire is a district within Los Angeles Duration: 6+ Months Job Description The Senior CRM Developer will provide hands-on architecture design, development and support for our enterprise CRM implementation. This position will work with IT SMEs to understand business requirements, (b). Translate requirements into high level and detailed design, (c). Develop and unit test solutions, and (d). Support QA, deployment. This position will be a senior technical developer in Siebel application design and development. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide expertise to other developers and perform hands-on architecture, design and development of CRM Sales and Marketing application * Work with Client SMEs and development teams to provide Siebel best-practice assurance across package utilization, customizations, integration, maintainability, etc. * Perform review of technical solution design and participate in transitioning knowledge to offshore team for development * Resolve design and development related issues Required Skills *Siebel Sales, Siebel Marketing and Siebel Service applications Out of the Box functionality and processes understanding * Strong understanding of Siebel Marketing Campaigns processes *Strong understanding of Siebel CRM Application and OBIEE integration *Siebel7.8 and above : Siebel Tools, Workflow, Assignment Manager, EIM, eScript, VB Script, Business Services. *Good understanding of EAI * Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes. * Intermediate level proficiency with DB2 databases. * Intermediate level proficiency with Windows and Unix operating systems. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers or management.
