Peoplesoft CRM/Helpdesk/Workflow Project

4 NEW ROLES
1. Peoplesoft CRM Portal Consultant
· tasked to work with client to define Portal requirements and scope
for HCM and CRM implementation
1. Peoplesoft Techno-Functional CRM Helpdesk
· Techno-Functional resource to lead the analysis and implementation
of Helpdesk for HCM
1. Peoplesoft Functional CRM Helpdesk
· Must have functional knowledge of HD for HCM CRM and preferably
HCM.
· The need is experience and knowledge in the vertical function of
HR.
· Must have HR Service Center knowledge and how the tool has been
implemented in other companies for HR.
· Someone who knows and has experience with things like ‘Employee
Particular Forms’, ‘Hiring Processes’, ‘Mass Compensation Changes’,
“Employee Tuition Reimbursement Programs”, etc. and how the Help Desk has
been used in these specific cases.
· Someone who has seen these types of support processes and can
provide options on how to implement based on experience.
1. Peoplesoft HCM Workflow Consultant
· Functional/ technical resource to work with team lead to work on
analysis and implementation of *HCM workflow*
