Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and creates business cases for changes and process improvements. Identifies problems and proposes innovative solutions. Develops reporting and system requirements. Provides system expertise and functional support throughout the application development and application change processes. Communicates complex concepts clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.* *Oversees or participates in project coordination, planning, and scheduling; performs strategic analysis and planning; prepares charts, diagrams, and tables that depict the present and proposed systems in terms of costs, benefits derived, and processes accomplished. Provides internal and external training in areas of expertise.* *Worker to provide functional expertise for the implementation of one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules in a highly customized complex environment for a large public sector client.
