Role: SAP CCS functional Consultant Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6 Months Rate: Market *Description*: SAP CCS Functional resources, immediately to support SAP Customer Care Services production support. *Required Skills:* -Cross functional module expertise, i.e. CIC0/CCS, ESD, FI five (5) years relevant -FICA/Dunning experience in the utility industry ten (10) years relevant billing related production support issues, such as out of balance billing, bill print errors, move-ins, move-outs, disconnects consulting knowledge of standard SAP Dunning practices -rules hands-on CCS module configuration in a customized production environment working knowledge of Solution Manager and SAP testing tools, HPQC, QuickTest Pro working knowledge of SAP debugging tools Ability to facilitate meetings Ability to gather and document requirements Ability to manage unit, integration and user acceptance testing Ability to work in the US on a permanent basis Proven and well rounded CCS expertise: Bill Print, FICA, Collections, Front Office, Back Office, Adhoc reporting -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
