Expertise in building resilient, high performance VMware solution . Expertise in designing and configuring Virtual Desktop Environment (VDI) . Expertise in advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning to optimize VMware environment . Familiarity in configuring HA and DRS . Familiarity on access privileges & configuration of users & groups, roles & permissions to manage virtual machines . Familiarity of networking and experience in configuring standard and distributed virtual switches, port groups and virtual adapters . Expertise in configuring and performing cold migration, VMotion and storage VMotion & using snapshots . Familiarity of monitoring tools like BMC Patrol, MS SCOM, HP SIM etc. . Familiarity with scripting languages - Shell, Perl etc. . Understands and operates within agreed SLAs .
