Sitecore
Creating Templates & Layouts
Creating overall Content Tree
Setting up Workflow & Publishing rules
1+ years experience with the following (can define, develop and implement):
AJAX
Building ASP.NET custom controls
Advanced CSS
XML
Experience with the Online Marketing Suite (OMS) and it’s corresponding
Rules Engine within Sitecore to be used for conditional rendering.
Strong knowledge of best practices in the areas of layout, navigation,
browser-compatibility, usability and accessibility, in particular:
W3C
web page development experience to support agile prototyping leveraging CSS
Layout (or table-less XHTML), HTML, DHTML, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, FLEX,
Flash, and ActionScript
demonstrated ability to work in tandem with web designers to support
bringing design concepts to rich internet user experiences
strong proficiency in cross-browser development for multiple platforms

Adhere to standards for Web framework, documentation, performance, coding
and version control.
Lead and participate in all aspects of web development
Assist in establishing a framework within Sitecore CMS to support future
development initiatives.
Effectively communicate application designs orally and in written format

Comply with standards for Web development and best practices in the areas of
layout, navigation, usability and accessibility and browser-compatibility
Work closely with Quality Assurance team to ensure the reduction of required
testing durations
