Basically, they need someone who can dig into Access - figure out what business rules are not pointing accurately to the Oracle Database (it was upgraded and since the upgrade it is not reporting accurately or pulling accurately into the BO environment) so they need someone to figure out the business rule transformation glitch, and move the data from Access 2000 into the Oracle Database.
