They are currently on Tibco Businessworks 5.4. The project is basically around consolidating customer information when they view their account online. Needs to be comfortable working in diverse (both mainframe and distributed) environments. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Experience Developing and designing Enterprise Solutions using TIBCO tools (Active Matrix, BPM. ESB. etc), Websphere tools (Application Server, Portal, Portlet Factory, Customer Center / MDM, MQ, etc), and Ab Initio tools. Experience Developing and designing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based components consumed at a Global Enterprise Scale. Hands on focus with the ability to lead a team of developers (8-10) in a mixed shore model, to build solutions that meet business requirements Good Written and Verbal communication skills, to document, report on, and review required project artifacts (High Level Design Documents, Design Review, Code Review, Opperations Runbooks, etc) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Manager note: working on the Architecture team, had great experience with TIBCO/BW and Business Events, and as a bonus he has experience with TIBCO Active Matrix Service Grid.
