* Job Description:*

·         Review the existing campaign management application along with the
available data and documentation.

·         Support the existing Campaign Management Solution (Epiphany tool)
and the Email Messaging tool (Epiphany Emailer) for business users by
answering any questions related to its usage or any issues. Be the first
point of contact from business side for any user issues.

·         Conduct testing of any new enhancements, features and train global
users in other geographies on new features and enhancements.

·         Provide expert opinion on any business impact of any changes to
cross-functional system on Campaign Management and Email tool.

·         Understand and maintain the function of Engagement Tool for
business to request any marketing activities execution. Test any changes to
the tool for any additional function or bug fixes and train the global users
on the new feature.

·         Understand business requirements and translate them for the
development and implementation of new Campaign Management System to be
implemented using Unica software.

·         Work with business users to define processes and manage
implementation of those processes in the new Campaign Management system with
IT team.

·         Act as a Functional Business Lead with IT team to develop, test
and implement Campaign Management and Email solution in Unica and Omniture
to conduct multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.

·         Document requirements and processes for the development and
implementation of the new system and update the documentation on existing
system for support.

·         Manage multiple deliverables for existing and new projects and
provide project status on the actions and tracks to the extended program
team.

·         Hold regular meetings with stakeholders, users and IT to keep
everyone in sync on existing system support and for the tracks on new
program.

·         Ensure that the business requirements are documented and
sufficiently agreed to by the key stakeholders, and then effectively relayed
to the technical team.   Documentation should include the expected
application functionality, data, business process/rules, access, etc.
requirements.

·         Hold regular meetings with the technical team to receive and
provide any clarifications that may be needed and to gain a high-level
understanding of the technical capabilities and limitations of the new
campaign management application.

·         Multi-phased launches are typical at Client site so need to be
able to set clear expectations about what will be released and when and to
inform stakeholders when there are updates or changes to be aware of.

·         Lead the business-side UAT efforts (e.g. coordinate testing and
signoff by key stakeholders) to ensure that the technical implementation is
aligned to the documented business requirements.

·         Be the lead tester from the business side to test all functions to
ensure that everything works well before signing off on the deliverable.

·         Work with the IT team to successfully launch the new application
to users and help with the transition from the existing campaign management
tool (including data migration).

·         Act as point of contact to business users to help with ramp up and
adoption of the new application.  This includes providing training, FAQs,
and other documentation, as appropriate.  Maintain (or work with IT to
maintain) a wiki or other central point for updates and documentation
related to the project.



Experience and Qualifications:

·         Must have 4+ years of experience using on premise campaign
management tools (e.g. Epiphany, Unica, Kana).

·         Must have 6+ years of project management and business analysis
experience (on complex projects; global, large enterprise companies).

·         Experience working with clients from all geographic regions around
the globe.

·         Experience on Unica Campaign Management Module is a MUST
(required) and must have 2 years work experience on it.

·         Experience working on Cognos reports is desirable, but must have
experience working on some reporting application and creating queries for
segments/reports.

·         Experience on MS Office for creating any documentation, training
material, project schedule etc. is required.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.

·         BS or Higher Degree required.
