DUTIES: Work within a team of software engineers to develop innovative
software solutions for a Web-based user interface. Use a variety of
technologies and conform to various software development and business
processes. Responsibilities may include: 1. Develop system and software
designs to meet requirements. 2. Contribute to software implementation
efforts (design and code). 3. Participate in design and code
reviews/inspections. 4. Provide input to technical discussions; propose
solutions and alternatives. 5. Provide work estimates; perform trade-offs
between implementation, schedule and cost and resource constraints, and
recommend alternatives. 9. Provide technical expertise to less experienced
developers. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science
or a closely related discipline. Must have a minimum of 5 years related
software development experience, with strong skills in ASP.NET, C#, and WCF.
Requires expertise in object-oriented software design (including various
design patterns) and software implementation. Requires knowledge of full
software development lifecycle. Experience with WPF, Silverlight, Scrum,
and/or Team Foundation Server is a plus. Candidate must be available for
on-site interviews.
