Location: *Boise, ID* Duration: *2-3 Months* PeopleSoft functional consulting in HCM applications to address two major issues in Payroll and Time & Labor. Requesting resumes of staff who might be available starting ASAP to do this project. * * *The issues at a high level are:* 1. Functional user/lead for Payroll proposed significant changes to earnings code structure which will affect a number of customizations. Before we implement those changes, we wish to involve an experienced functional consultant to review the proposed changes to Earnings Codes to validate the direction, document the plan, etc. A PeopleSoft developer will make code changes to all customizations after the proposed codes have been signed off and agreed to by all. Functional staff will do the testing, and before the work is moved to production, if they are confident that all is going well, we will deploy without expert assistance. Otherwise, we'll have the functional consultant return in February/March to assist with deployment. 2. Functional user/lead for Payroll has identified an issue where estimated time creates time displayed in Manager Self-service that is misleading/confusing to managers. She has worked with Oracle Support with little success in determining how to resolve the issue without creating new problems. Functional consultant to meet with her to review the reported issue and to determine how to fix it. Five days allocated to this task. Desired resource: We need a PeopleSoft functional expert with these skills: - Payroll for North America - Time & Labor - versed in Higher Education payroll processing I prefer experience in PeopleSoft 9; however, we may negotiate on this based on the person's qualifications.
