Position: Informatica Administrator
Location: Buffalo, NY
Length: 2-3 months w/option for additional time
Rate: $5.00 hr – MUST BE ALL INCLUSIVE
Overview:
The Informatica Administrator will assist the different solutions teams
assuring that the shared Informatica platform is functioning optimally and
solutions are designed and deployed to take optimal advantage of it.
Consultant will serve as the first line of support internally for any
Informatica issues raised by the solutions teams
Requirements:
1. Must have 3-5 yrs experience building and managing Informatica
Solutions including large volume ETL processing {Informatica -8.6.1}
2. Must have 2-3+ year experience as an Informatica administrator
utilizing PowerCenter and Data Explorer
3. Should have solid exp deploying Informatica “push down” technology
such as:
a. Informatica Web Services
4. Must utilize and consult with the client on a "best practices"
approach to Project Management and Change Management.
5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
6. General understanding of business environments
7. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
8. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator.
9. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project.*
