IT Development is responsible for all aspects of software application delivery and maintenance, including business analysis, technical design, software development, vendor management, quality assurance, implementation and support. *Job Summary:* This is a lead role with C# /ASP .NET experience (this person will not be managing anyone) and Winforms experience is required. The Developer.NET position requires the design, coding, documentation and testing of software projects. Duties will include development in one or more of the follow technologies: SQL, XML/XSL, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET. • *Loan origination experience, specifically Empower is possible (Empower’s .net version, not Client Server version). * *Essential Functions:* •Work with Development Team Leader and business owners to refine and clarify project requirements. •Produce detailed design specifications from project requirements. •Code projects using existing design standards and within accepted defect rate based on specification documents. •Provide input to assist in overall team process improvement and product design stability. •Properly track issues and resolutions in relation to the development effort. •Communicate and document project statuses to management. •Ensure that all code retains logical stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of Client's systems is in accordance with their policies, procedures and guidelines, taking appropriate actions for all violations.
