Background in the Water Utility Industry, utility billing, and utility rate configuration is highly desirable.* *. Good in Business Knowledge and Analysis* *. Good oral and in written communication skills Primary role as a Service delivery Manager along side performing the role of SAP IS-U CCS Consultant. To engage with customer to read through their business processes and simultaneously formulating the adoption of the best business practices in meeting the foreseeable challenges. To review, validate the right set of questions. Create solution workshops with senior business managers, review validate solution proposals and estimates, rendering advice on best business practices and getting the buy in to adopt these practices. To keep up-to-date with the SAP roadmap and technology relevant to Utility domain. To create solution road maps integrating multiple disparate processes. Ability to present and get the buy in for the solution from senior managers.
