*Complete Description:*
The Java Developer Lead must have extensive JAVA design and development
experience and be comfortable developing in a COTS environment. Sun/Oracle
Identity Management experience, while not required, is a plus. The developer
will work with the program management team on the identity management
application. The program was initiated to put a single ID card into the
hands of Client’s workers and customers for all their needs. The identity
management application is being developed to centrally manage card holder
identities and their card privileges across programs. The developer lead
will be responsible for leading technical design sessions; designing
detailed technical requirements; developing, configuring, and testing Java
components and providing technical support.

- Must be well versed in communicating to both technical and
non-technical persons.
- The ability to work as a team player.
*Required/Desired Skills:*
- 12 years Java development with Web services, JSF, Hibernate and JBoss
experience
- 5 years of experience in web design using server and browser
technologies
- 5 years experience with different databases including Oracle and SQL
Server
- 5 Years experience designing and implementing large-scale applications
- 3 years experience with Directory Server interface development
- 3 years experience with Pentaho, EAI and middleware tools, application
servers is highly desired
- 3 years experience in data parsing, analysis, and complex data
structure design
- 3 years experience in profiling and performance tuning applications
- 3 years experience using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and UML is
highly desired
- 2 years development experience in Sun/Oracle Identity Manager Suite is
highly desired
