Responsibilities include management of complex development tasks, providing detailed technical design of Tivoli Identity Management solution, and all coding and interfacing with technical resources and developers. *Essential Functions:* Install and configure end point agents and ITIM Services Install and configure AD Agent, and AD Service, and AD password Synchronization with TIM Configure IBM Tivoli Identity Manager to provision user access to business applications. Document business requirements and translate them into provisioning policies. Configure Tivoli Identity Manager to integrate operating systems, databases, and applications for user provisioning and account reconciliation. Ensure adequate architecture input, technical leadership, and review for current projects Deliver standardized design documentation to feed the project implementation stages Ensure the application of architectural standards to these designs Work with Business Analysts, Business line colleagues, and Senior IT Managers to facilitate the gathering of functional and non-functional requirements Provide guidance and support for application developers to design appropriate application-specific solutions Work on TAM-ESSO Integration with various applications. Customize entitlement workflows and operational workflows Customize workflows as per the requirements Integrate SAP, Domino and Portal Applications Maintain the Tivoli environments HW and SW as needed. Maintain open communications with Sr. Director of Distributed Computing and Networking as well as IT, web Soultions, Human resources and assigned client groups. Train other team members and assigned.
