· A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and/or
testing including a minimum of 3 continuous years of performance testing on
multiple platforms. Inclusive in this experience is the following:
- 3-5 years of work experience with developing performance tests
- Minimum 3 years experience with testing tools such as HP LoadRunner,
Silk Performer, Rational Performance Tester or equivalent (HP LoadRunner
preferred)
- At least 3 years experience with ANSI C.
- 4+ yrs. experience using mainframe and/or client server and/or web
based utilities, tools and processes. Examples include: TSO, ISPF, Java
Script, XML, WSH, SOAP, WSDL, VBscript
- Hands-on experience with white box testing, programming languages and a
thorough understanding
SQA methodologies.
- Hands on experience in performance test automation using industry
recognized standards and tools.
- Previous programming or scripting experience
- Experience with defect tracking methodology and tools as well as other
software life cycle
management tools.
Experience collecting, interpreting, and communicating performance
measurements.
