Thanks! *PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager* *Position is located in IL* *6 Months +* The Project Manager plans, organizes and controls the overall activities of the project and ensures that the project is delivered on time and on budget. This role will be responsible for overall oversight of an internal PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade from version 8.8 to 9.1. Previous experience managing PeopleSoft implementations/upgrades required. This position will interact heavily with internal clients, HR and IT. *Experience Requirements* - 7+ years of project management experience - 5+ years working with PeopleSoft HCM *Minimum Qualifications* - Must have prior successes in managing PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade projects; specifically with HR/Payroll ERP software and/or other PeopleSoft HCM modules - Superior written and oral communication skills - Experience managing the development of requirements analyses, performing needs analysis, ensuring the quality of deliverables, implementation and operation of enterprise systems *Desired Qualifications* - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field - Functional experience with other PeopleSoft HCM modules; including experience with PeopleSoft version 9.0 or higher - Current PMI PMP certification - Experience managing both onsite and offshore resources *Responsibilities* - Collaborates with the business to define scope of initiative, deliver on project goals, manage expectations and ensure business deliverables are met - Manages timeline, scope and resources - Plans, manages, oversees and controls multiple IT project teams ensuring that objectives are met - Facilitates complex technical or business analysis processes such as resolving complex system problems or business system procedures in order to maintain efficient operations - Prepares cost benefit analysis summaries of new or enhanced changes for assigned projects in order to cost justify changes - Produces and tracks the project schedule - Communicates status to all levels of management - Has responsibility for deliverables through the full lifecycle of the project - Partners with the Human Resource project team and other areas of the organization to understand dependencies and any potential impacts to the project timeline - Works with all levels within the organization and clients ** *Regards* *Santosh * Delight Consulting Services LLC.
