• 5+ years experience with full development lifecycle from inception through
implementation
• 5+ years experience with Java
• 3+ years experience working in both Unix (AIX preferred) and Windows
environments
• Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale
distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
• Test-infected attitude (strong desire to perform thorough and exhaustive
unit, integration and system testing). Test-driven development is encouraged
*Desired Skills: *
• Demonstrated experience with JMS
• Spring 2.5.5 or higher
• Subversion
• Exposure to Open Source technologies (Junit, Log4J, Apache-anything)
• Strong SQL skills - knowing how to write SQL that performs is desired
