This individual should have a minimum of 8 years experience within a financial services firm with at least 4 years of IT project leadership experience. A solid history of managing development, support, enhancements and troubleshooting is required. Previous experience leading an offshore team with proven track record for producing quality deliverables, on time and on budget. Required knowledge of financial accounting and general ledger processing. Process driven with SDLC and CMM framework. Knowledge of Hogan International Systems (GDK Systems) and global cash accounting and processing a strong plus.
