Operation and troubleshooting of PolyCom video-conferencing 4. Operation and troubleshooting of SmartBoard technology 5. Operation and troubleshooting of Crestron A/V and Room control systems 6. Microsoft Access application development is desirable. 7. Proficiency with MS Excel and the rest of Microsoft Office. 8. Strong Customer Focus 9. Excellent verbal and written communications skills 10. "Knowledge Base" article creation for Remedy trouble ticketing system. 11. Web Application Development (preferred technologies include Cold Fusion, .Net, SQL Server, Oracle, Flash.) 12. Proficiency in HTML (DreamWeaver) and JavaScript. 13. Strong technical writing skills. 14. Client technical training experience. 15. Project Management experience is desirable.
