•Two+ years of experience in Enterprise-class IP telephony call- processing
system & Unified Communications.
•Experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Sphericall.
•Experience with router configuration, knowledge of Cisco voice mail &
unified messaging, Cisco ACD and IVR systems.
•Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft infrastructure
technologies.
•Knowledge or experience in Nortel / Avaya PBX and/or Call Center systems
engineering experience is a plus.
•Very good written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients'
needs.
