*Role / Function:* Provide production support for a set of applications

*Skills Needed:*
- Wintel Scripting and SQL (any 2 of : SQL server, DB2 and Oracle)
- Awareness on technologies used on Microsoft platform (Crystal
reports, Gautam)
- Excellent communication
- Ability to effectively co-ordinate across multiple groups
- Can quickly grasp related technologies and processes
- Must take complete ownership of tasks assigned and should take open
issues to closure independently.
Secondary skill:
-Coordinate technical activities with different teams for system
configuration needs of client owned applications
- -Provide technical support to the relevant applications
-Coordinate and manage open issues between the client and supporting
technical teams
-Must have good communication and ability to drive and take
tasks to closure
-Participate in work products for all phases of the project
-Attend client meetings and communicate status, issues, next steps
