· Business analyst (BA) with deep experience developing detailed
requirements for custom, complex time interpretation rules
· PS 9.1 experience
· T&L experience with custom, complex time interpretation rule
requirements gathering / design support
o Experience conducting QA testing of developed custom complex rules
o Work with development team identifying and resolving / retesting
deviations
· On site & strong client interaction / interpersonal skills – this
will require testing on site with the client once initial QA testing by the
BA is complete
