Some are developed in-house and some are vendor products, which are used by users from within and outside NJ. The lead should help the team to identify, diagnose and resolve the issues through working with different admin groups (like database, Citrix, Wintel etc). It's more of a co-ordination role but person should come with some windows environment knowledge at basic level and should be ready to learn as and when needed. We don't really need a Citrix/Wintel script specialist. Knowledge of SQL and regular VBscript (used when we write Excel Macro) knowledge and some Windows experience will be OK. Any regular associate should be able to do this. Hope this helps now. Mandatory skill: SQL basics / Some regular VBScripting/VBA experience /Windows environment familiarity Good to have: Some infrastructure or networking knowledge / Wintel experience.
