Role: Business Analyst Location: NJ Duration: min 6 months Rate: Open *Note:* *Must have Property and casualty , claims and production support exp * Required skills: Demonstrate Insurance ( P&C) ? Excellent interpersonal and communications skills ? Experience with troubleshooting reports ? Ability to conceptualize an application problem over the phone ? Strong technical skills using a computer ? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products ? Excellent analytical skills ? Ability to interact with business and technical team members ? Experience with underwriting, claims and/or insurance financial systems as either a user or in a support role Primary responsibilities will be logging, tracking and resolving application and reporting issues. Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting the application and computer problems to determine source, and advising on appropriate action. This position will have direct interaction to all business users of the application by interfacing with them to understand the issue & or request, creating an initial Defect or Change Request and communicating that back to them.
