SAP Solution Architect resources that will provide the following services: Time Keeper Processes for Adapted PE, Food Service, M&O, and Job Cost Profile The custom development will allow certain time keepers access to enter time for employees at other cost centers based on security profile. Without compromising the security auditors concerns, this project will minimize risk of inappropriate access and illegal entry. Automate Yearly Calendar Creation : It takes approximately 2 - 3 months to create over 275 calendars each year. The streamline and automation of calendar creation will reduce configuration time from 2 month to 2 weeks. Automate Categorical Fund Approval Process : Employees use paper process to receive mandated approval signature from employees when they work using the categorical fund such as federal fund. SAP system can be enhanced to improve the process. Set up FMLA Workbench in SAP : Implementing SAP's FMLA workbench will improve the business process and reduces human errors. Also, it will make the eligibility rules available to HR offices for processing. Restrict Absence and Attendance Types : Place rules and restrictions for Attendance and Absence codes to prevent time entry for employees ineligible for the absence/attendance types. This will reduce fraud and errors. Create an audit report for Time Approvers : This custom report will assist the time approvers with knowing if employee has been entered extra hours in addition to regular hours that are not manually entered by time keepers for negative time reporting (TMS9) employees. Create an audit report for Payroll Service Branch : Create a person-level report for Payroll Service Branch to audit during part of payroll time cut-off or daily. This report will display abnormal time entries such as paying 16 hours per day. Create an audit report for Overtime : The custom report will identify employees who have not met all core hours but have overtime submitted. Create an audit report for holidays : The custom report will identify selected holidays including July 4th, Admission Day, and Labor day for employees who have C Basis and separate Z assignments. This custom report will be used to prevent any overpayment related to holidays during summer. Date delimit Z table for accounting string validation for Beyond the Bell : The custom table to validate funding line for Beyond the Bell should be enhanced to display the message related to time reporting error. Provide knowledge transfer documentation .
