Candidate must be able to work closely with business analysts to vet and refine requirements, work with project managers to structure a development project plan, design a solution, and work with an offshore and onshore development team to build it. Candidate will need to deliver code reviews, design walkthroughs, and ensure the development team’s deliverables meet functional and quality requirements. Candidate must also have the technical ability to act as a senior developer when the need arises.
