Job Title: Business Analyst With Retail Location: Roanoke,VA Duration: 6 Month* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The right candidate must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Document the architecture of the team’s products, including software functionality (SAD), integration points and platforms. Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process. Assist with the development of the team’s policies, procedures, and tools. Engage in projects extensively, including: *Required Skills: * 5 years experience in Business Analyst role Demonstrated leadership, customer relationship management and technical skills to be a productivity liaison between Business areas and the Systems Development team(s) Identify key deliverables for the Development teams (Architectural Diagrams, UML diagrams etc.) and standardize them based on industry best practices. Mentor the technical teams on best practices, strategic solutions, overall architecture and develop artifacts to support the SDLC. Demonstrate a good understanding of appropriate technologies and should be able to develop this knowledge and the team’s ability to address business demands on application requirements by engaging with industry leading partners. Interact effectively with key Business individuals to provide insight into project requirements, ROI definitions by leveraging work products (SAD etc.).
