*Primary Skills: S*ap Security* Location: *Los Angeles, CA * * *Duration: *6+ Month * * *Description**:* A. GRC Solution Architect (Lead) The GRC Solution Architect (Lead) will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: 1) Lead Lead the GRC Implementation project. Responsible for planning out the progress of the project and ensuring that events along the way would happen at the right time and achieving the project goals. Keep the work progressing as per work plan so as to finish the project on time. 2) Plan Plan for GRC Implementation- Provide a clear plan on how the GRC software will be implemented. The GRC implementation Plan shall be a complete, comprehensive, and detailed project plan. The Plan will be a required deliverable in the initial stages of the implementation project. 3) Communication Provide a clear and concise communication plan to address organization and system impacts, progress, issues, etc. The targeted audience should include but not limited to the following: stakeholders, system users, and executive steering. 4) Design Based on requirements provide a comprehensive design of processes, configuration, development, security, system architecture, etc. 5) Test Testing of the GRC Software - Conduct all necessary tests to ensure the software has been successfully implemented. Test plans including but not limited to load, stress, integration tests, testing scripts and scenarios including automated testing scripts, if feasible will be required in this phase of the project. The Plan must include strategy for reconciling test results with expected results to ensure correct and accurate performance. 6) Document Documentation of GRC Implementation - Provide documentation related items including but not limited to status reports, meeting minutes, issue resolution logs, break/fix reports, etc. The deliverable will be an organized document containing all relevant (and reasonable) documentation for a GRC Implementation project of this size. 7) Execute cut-over activities Lead Cut-over effort and activities and must provide specific details regarding strategy and detail plans. Dates and cycle times to complete all components of the cutover activities must be included. Provide Cut-over plan and lead effort. 8) Provide Post "Go Live" System Stabilization Support Plan Provide a detailed Post "Go live" System Support Plan detailing appropriate strategy to handle typical issues faced after executing a GRC Implementation. 9) Training Training - Provide necessary training (including Knowledge Transfer) to a requisite number of District employees and will provide training manuals and related documents (including Knowledge Transfer) related to this GRC Implementation.
