Responsibilities: * Work with the business users in understanding business reporting needs, gathering requirements and documenting requirements and functional specifications * Maintain and make changes to existing reports and SQL queries * Participate in the testing and deployment of reports to a production environment * Participate in the development and implementation of reporting strategies and come up with solutions Experience: * 3-4 Year’s experience of Crystal Reports Design, Web Intelligence and Universe Development. * Experience with Business Objects XI-R3. * Extensive experience designing, creating, testing and implementing complex reports using Crystal Reports and Business Objects Enterprise reporting tools * In depth understanding of Relational Databases , SQL, PL/SQL * Strong organizational skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with both technical and non-technical audiences * xcelsius experience is a plus.
