*Longterm* *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE* · Excellent understanding of all *Siebel processes* for handling Service request, opportunities, quotes etc · Excellent understanding of all *Siebel workflow* functions (eg: workflows, assignment manager, user setup/preferences etc) · Experience with *Siebel version 8.X* is preferred · Must have proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
