Requirements: WebSphere Message Broker 6 development (or higher) is a MUST. WebSphere Partner Gateway 6.x development and support experience are a plus Must be familiar with technical and functional definitions and usages of data transformation (aggregation, filters, joins) and sources/targets (flat files, database tables, synonyms, grants) Must be able to identify common modeling errors in data models (missing constraints, etc) quickly. Good communication and coordination skills are MUST because a big part of this job is following up with the business and be proactive to get things done. Ability to work under pressure.
