The candidate should have 5-7 years experience in providing operating

supporting for large, financial applications. Provide senior level
project management discipline for Investment Product Risk Business-
initiatives, and liaison to all Private Bank businesses. This role will
ensure that initiatives are integrated cohesively and effectively.
* Resource will be responsible to work on the requirements for the
operations automations, ensuring & co ordinating with development,
operations teams to automate the monthly operations calendar.
* Having the operations automation solution will reduce the
complexity of the data acquistion process. This results in reducing the
cost & time being spent on data acqusition operational activities. This
resource is key to provide the requirements to develop the automation tool.
* This role requires someone who is detail-oriented with operational
process and has the ability to define & execute the operational process
supporting various application phases.
* Must possess management experience with end to end application
operational skills.
* The candidate will be expected to work with the technology
development teams, global & regional RISK business and ensure to define the
operational process & execute effectively
* Develop the robust operational process for global investment
product RISK business initiatives.
* Initiate the strategies to have the global operational investment
product RISK footprint assisting & collaborating country operations within
RISK business.
* Provide functional & application reporting for the operational
controls
* Institute Operational process Lifecycle discipline to all efforts.
* Work with the Investment Product RISK business to prioritize all
initiatives.
* Present status and report summaries at the PMO level to senior
management.
* Establish SLA with global business & technology partners.
* Maintain release plans and have oversight for all modifications to
the existing Operation infrastructure.
* Work directly with different RISK source groups and bring PM
discipline to all improvement initiatives.
* Manage Reference Data , global data feeds generate reporting &
communicating with global technology & business partners.
* Ensure to have the operational activities automated

*Qualifications *

*Candidate Qualifications/Skills Required: *

* Background in the financial industry specifically with
implementing end to end operational process & executing them
* Work as part of a team in ensuring the operational calendar is
executed as planned
* Support technology & business raised issues in a timely and
concise manner.
* Proficiency in ensuring that the operational processes are
executed flawless with appropriate reports being published
* Very experienced in working with Oracle databases, ETL - Ab
Initio Scripts, Cognos Reporting
* Proficiency in managing teams around the world with strong
communication skills with all levels of people.
* Ability to support and document, by analyzing complicated
enterprise specific business rules, and recommend improvements.
* Knowledge/understanding of code; ability to write self
sufficient, need-based small applications will be a big Plus.
* Ability to work with different Technical groups
