Please let me know if you have any suitable profiles for the below requirement Please send me the matching resumes to [email protected] *Position: Automation Test Lead* Type: Contract, 6 months Immediate need, starting as soon as July 27 *All interviews phone only* * * Must be US citizen, permanent resident or holding valid work visa *Essential Job Responsibilities: * * * • Will need to understand the application architecture and design automation architecture. • Will need to be responsible for client communication, automation project planning, estimations and progress reporting. • Will need to work hands-on on the automation tools, to script modules and utilities written in HP functional testing tools (QC/QTP) and trouble-shoot technical issues. • Will be responsible for overall automation delivery, designing test automation execution process flow, and perform role of quality control to make sure that automation delivery happens on time and at client expectations. *Required Skills: * • Senior Automation Architect with having 7-10 years of IT Software testing knowledge, with minimum 5-6 years of test automation experience. Should have knowledge of the Credit Cards domain. (Having 1-2 years of Programming/ development background is a big plus). Candidate should have strong functional testing concepts and knowledge of STLC. • Should have worked in offshore-onsite delivery model and should have experience of leading automation project for minimum of 2 years. • Expert in automation framework design and implementation (Hybrid, data-driven & Keyword driven frameworks). Expert in using HP Quality Center and having performed admin roles for the QC projects. Experience in QC customization, writing utilities using OTA & scheduling automated QTP tests runs using Quality Center. • Expert at Quick Test Professional (especially using Java, Web & .net Add-in). Should have advanced QTP programming skills (e.g. descriptive programming at object level, use of dictionaries &.net factory). Expert at VB Scripting and knowledge of Excel VBA coding (programmatically writing excel macros & other utilities). • Candidate should be very good at SQL queries, should have exposure at writing complex SQL queries and working experience with Oracle databases. • Experience of using .Net add-in with Test Advantage, Knowledge of Test Complete tool and any other open source automation tools is a big plus. • Should have working knowledge in UNIX/Shell scripting. Should understand Web Technologies like XML, HTML and JavaScript.
