The *Programmer Analyst* assists in the complete application development process including analyzing user specifications and requirements, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting of programs on large-scale, complex projects. The Programmer Analyst group is also responsible for revisions and updates to programs, appropriate documentation as required, as well as working closely with Application Managers through all phases of the life cycle on new application development, integration, and enhancements. * Job Responsibilities:* * Develops and designs software applications according to standards, requirements and functional design specifications. * Assist the team members on technical design, development and troubleshooting. * Maintains software applications in production platform, trouble shoot and fix application defects. * Manages assigned projects/tasks and ensure the quality and on-time delivery.
