Please let me know if you have any Work Site: San Antonio, TX Expected Start Date: 08/01/2011 Six Months + Need Senior level Techno-Functional SAP HCM Consultant who has successfully implemented Performance Management (PM) with a thorough understanding of the new functionality available in Enhancement Package 4 (EHP4). Ideal candidate will have delivered a full life-cycle implementation from Blueprint Design > Realization > Rollout. Candidate will be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the business processes regarding annual Performance Appraisals and building Appraisal templates, Cascading goals, use of Business-Add-Ins with the performance appraisal template, understanding of business workflow in Performance Management, and administrative reporting. Will have prior experience rolling out the functionality via Employee and Manager Self-Service on SAP Portal. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work independently in supporting the client through a build and testing of this functionality. Global rollout experience and multiple language support is a plus.
