Tech / M.E./ M. Tech ( or equivalent) with Domain Experience of at least 4 - 6 years in capacity of relevant Sales , Distribution & Customer Relationship management activities, preferably in Healthcare and Pharma Industry · Overall SAP experience of 5 - 7 years of which at least 4 ~ 5 years in SAP CRM domain implementation and Support Projects as CRM Techno-Functional Consultant · Minimum of 2 ~ 3 Projects (support / implementation ) in SAP CRM domain covering functional areas of Customer Service, Interaction centre, Knowledge base configuration and loading, Creation of categories and workflow to support inquiries related to Abbott employees.
