Strong communication and organization skills PBM experience a plus Significant experience writing business and functional specifications and SOP’s. * *Personal Attributes Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Multi-tasker – ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously * * * * * *Job Responsibilities : * *Key Challenges/Job Complexity • Develop and implement solutions to mitigate issues and risks. • Understand Medicare Part D regulations and ensure that reconciliation processes are in compliance with the regulation and product or client requirements Primary Responsibilities/Expected Contributions Develop SOPs, business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to establish monthly reconciliation processes for Medicare Member Enrollment System. Compare enrollment data in system to that of our clients’ and to CMS data to identify and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure members receive coverage and minimize or eliminate financial exposure to the company and clients. Develop metrics and control plans and charts to monitor enrollment reconciliation efforts. Monitor plans and distribute periodic reports to division management and functional partners. Write queries and programs to match and analyze data. Analyze identified discrepancies, understand discrepancy root cause, and recommend system enhancements to prevent discrepancy in the future. Monitor CMS requirements pertaining to the reconciliation efforts; define business requirements for process and system changes.
